关于巴西进口货物木质包装的舱单显示要求

根据巴西海关2016年2月1日新规定，须提供进口至巴西港口的货物关于木质包装材料信息。

请根据以下提示，在舱单上列明输出商品所使用的木质包装材料的状态：

下列包装四种显示情况，

 1 ? Wooden Package: Not applicable (Not used)            

no wooden packing material in the shipment. 不包含木质包装材料

2 ? Wooden Package used: Processed              

contains wooden packing material in the shipment, and wood was processed.包含木质包装材料，经过熏蒸处理。我们平常说的免熏蒸的胶合板包装属于此类。

3 ? Wooden Package used: Treated / Certified

contains wooden packing material in the shipment, and wood was treated and certified.包含木质包装材料，经过熏蒸处理,拥有熏蒸处理证明。

 如无熏蒸证，只带IPPC标示，则可以显示:WOODEN PACKED USED: TREATED / CERTIFICATED – FUMIGATED WITH IPPC MARK.
4 ? Wooden Package used: Not Treated / Not Certified    

contains wooden packing material in the shipment, and wood was Not treated and not certified 包含木质包装材料，未经过熏蒸处理 ，没有熏蒸处理证明。

有效期 从2016年2月1日起执行，至下次通知为止。

Quote the Notice from the Carrier of Maersk as below,

Dear Valued Customers,

We inform that starting February 1, 2016 (date of BL), under recent legislation published by MAPA (Ministério da Agricultura, Pecuária e Abastecimento) IN 32, It becomes mandatory reporting shipments containing wood as packaging material and shoring, therefore all Shipping Instructions of import, export, transhipment and transit (pass) cargoes to/from Brazil, must contain the following:

?Wooden Package : Not applicable (Not used)

?Wooden Package used : Processed

?Wooden Package used : Treated / Certified

?Wooden Package used : Not Treated / Not Certified

Exporter/Importer is the responsible party to provide such information to Carrier. If Shipping Instruction does not contain such information, we will consider there is no wooden package inside of the container(s) mentioned on BL. Therefore, any consequences due to the lack of correct information will be customer’s exclusivity responsibility.

Currently this information can be provided on “notes” “shipper memoranda” “instruction” to carrier in the SI, which will not be printed in the bill of lading.

We are exploring on feasibility of having this option available on the online SI submission channels for ease to our esteemed customers.

We do recommend you already start to send this information, as from February we will be applying the rule above.
